What You Will Learn

Week 1: 1 Hour Appointment

  • What happens when a patient is late
  • What to do when your patient no shows
  • How to organize your appointment ahead of time

Week 2: How to Deal with Difficult Patients

  • Review what constitutes a "difficult patient"
  • What strategies can we use to ease a situation
  • How to handle recommending treatment to those who don't think they need it

Week 3: Handling Inter-Office Conflicts

  • What are things we can handle on our own
  • What would we take to upper management
  • Conflict resolution strategies
  • Know when you're in a toxic environment and its time to move on

Week 4: Self-Care for the RDH

  • What is self care and why is it so important
  • How to prevent burnout in the field
  • Self care tups and tricks

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Register

Register for our event and know you have a spot solidified for our mentorship program!

Step 2: Join our sessions weekly

Each 1.5-hour session is divided into three segments:

Reflect On Your Week: We'll chat about your week, celebrate wins, and help tackle any challenges.

Program Presentation: Learn about the topic of the week with some awesome guidance and tips.

Burning Questions: Got questions? We've got answers! We'll dive into your queries and share advice as a team.

Step 3: Get Your CE Credits

Complete all 4 week sessions. Videos will be available on demand if you cannot attend LIVE

Complete a course evaluation to give us feedback on your experience

This course has been designed with the new grad RDH in mind. Getting out into the real world of dentistry can be daunting - but it doesn't have to be. We want to take the feeling of "walking on eggshells" off of you, and substitute it with confidence and professionalism. 

We are only taking a small group, as we learn better in group settings, but want a chance for everyone to be heard. Your success is what matters most!
